Folktown Belfast was a outdoor pop-up bar operated by Clover Group which was located in the service yard of Castlecourt.

In April 2021, Clover Group submitted a planning application (LA04/2021/1021/F) seeking change of use from service yard to temporary beer garden/ outdoor eating area (retrospective). The proposed outdoor bar is located in the existing Castlecourt service yard area and is surrounded by existing ~2.5m high red brick walls. Access and egress to the proposed site will be from Bank Square. The name of the outdoor bar is Folktown, a nod to the Old Folk Town Market once held on Bank Square.

On 26th April 2022, a refusal notice was issued which refused planning permission for the development. The development was refused due to the lack of information provided to fully assess the impact of noise, odour, contamination and service management.

As of 2024, Folktown Belfast is closed, although its signage still remains.
