In 2023, the site was acquired by Andras House for £1.7million.
In September 2024, Andras Hotel confirmed it will develop a new 165-room property for YOTEL. It is expected that development will begin in 2025 with YOTEL Hotel opening in 2026. This will be YOTEL's first hotel in Northern Ireland.
